Whether you are an experienced tracker or just starting your journey into nature observation, this club welcomes everyone interested in learning and sharing knowledge about tracking wildlife in our local environment…
Each month, we will gather at various locations throughout the peninsula to track local wildlife, learn about their habitats, and understand behaviors.
Our activities will include:
Wildlife Tracking Workshops: Participants will receive hands-on training in identifying animal tracks, signs, and behaviors. We will cover various species native to the area, including mammals, birds, and reptiles.
Nature Walks: Each meeting will feature guided walks through different terrains—forests, wetlands, beaches—allowing members to experience firsthand the rich biodiversity of the region.
Community Engagement: We aim to build a supportive community where members can share their experiences and insights. Discussions on conservation efforts and how we can contribute positively to our environment will be suggested.
Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for outdoor conditions and bring any necessary gear such as binoculars, field guides, notebooks for observations, and water.
